(Jan. 5, 2024) — On December 31, 2023, seemingly out of nowhere, finance author Zach De Gregorio, founder of the subscription website WolvesandFinance.com, released a 26-minute video and blog post raising the question, “Whatever happened to Obama’s birth certificate?”

In the video, which is available without a subscription and titled, “PROOF Obama’s Birth Certificate is Fake,” De Gregorio summarized the June 2008 internet release of a “short-form” birth certificate image bearing the name “Barack Hussein Obama II”; the eventual release of a purported “long-form” birth certificate by the White House in April 2011; and some of the key points from the five-year criminal investigation authorized by then-Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joseph Arpaio into the origins of the long-form image.

The investigation, delegated to the MCSO’s “Cold Case Posse” led by former private investigator and former police detective Michael Zullo, began in August 2011 and concluded on December 15, 2016 with a third and final press conference detailing investigators’ conclusion, and that of two forensic analysts, that the long-form image is a “computer-generated forgery.”

To The Post & Email’s knowledge, De Gregorio is a newcomer to the subject of Obama’s birth certificate. A self-identified accountant, a brief perusal of his YouTube channel shows he has produced 419 videos over a period of months on political issues garnering between 4,200 and 246,000 views each. As of publication time late Friday afternoon, the “birth certificate” video has 45,000 views.

At 3:32 in the subject video, in speaking about the “short-form” birth certificate image first published by The Daily KOS on June 12, 2008, De Gregorio remarked, “…but wait a minute; the short-form certificate has been changed. This was not the same one they released before. Do you remember? It was on the green security paper. Why would they change the file for the short-form birth certificate?”

(Jan. 2, 2024) — With the possible exception of attorney Mario Apuzzo – passing away prematurely and lamentably in 2021 – one of the most vigorous warriors in the continuing battle over the issue of who is, and critically who is not a “natural born Citizen” (“nbC”) under the Constitution, is retired naval reserve Commander Charles F. Kerchner, Jr.

Indeed, Mario Apuzzo was Commander Kerchner’s lawyer in one of the first major nbC “eligibility” challenges to reach the front doors of the U.S. Supreme Court – Kerchner v. Obama, 612 F.3d 204 (3d. Cir. 2010), cert. denied, 562 U.S. 1082 (2010) – only to have the Court slam the doors shut and refuse to take the case. The lower court had ruled that CDR Kerchner lacked “standing” to maintain the action, so that decision stood undisturbed.

That case, along with numerous subsequent ones, were filed over the years in various state and federal courts, with virtually all of them meeting the same fate. The courts nearly unanimously held that the plaintiffs challenging Barack Obama’s purported nbC status lacked the requisite litigant standing to bring or maintain their actions. Given the nature and gravity of the issue, that is a sad track record for the judiciary and a regrettable one for the Republic.

Moreover, in the one state appellate decision thus far handed down purporting – erroneously – to actually reach the nbC issue “on the merits” – Ankeny v. Governor of the State of Indiana, 916 N.E.2d 678 (App. 2009) (“Ankeny”) – the Indiana Court of Appeals, utilizing faulty reasoning and linguistic somersaults to reach its result stated, in obiter dictum, that Obama was, in its view, an nbC eligible to the presidency. The matter stopped there and was not appealed further.

The Ankeny complaint was dismissed not on the basis of lack of standing, but because the court concluded it “failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.” In your humble servant’s view, the Ankeny decision is flat wrong, for the reasons discussed here.

But I digress.

CDR Kerchner has now posted and helpfully provided a link to a new and timely (Dec. 31, 2023) video revisiting the Obama “birth certificate” issue. Produced by one Zach De Gregorio, proprietor of the website “wolvesandfinance.com,” the information in the video is largely replicated from the cache of information gathered in prior years by Maricopa County (Arizona) Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his lead investigator on the Obama “Cold Case Posse” birth certificate issue, Mike Zullo.

P&E readers are encouraged to view the entire 26-minute video to refresh their memories with regard to the wide spectrum of unexplained “anomalies” in the “image” of a document Obama posted on the White House official website while he occupied – many would argue, usurped – the office of the President for eight years. Additional information on the topic, of course, can be found on CDR Kerchner’s comprehensive website.

There are, however, some interesting new nuggets of information in the video making a revisiting of the nbC issue not only timely, but critically important as the nation approaches another general election on Nov. 5, 2024. As Obama Regime Lies Unfold, One “Charade” Remains – Ongoing “Foundational Lie” Continues to Be Ignored

(Aug. 18, 2016) — In what was characterized Thursday as an “admission” by U.S. State Department spokesman John Kirby that $400 million paid to Iran at the same time that four American prisoners were released in January amounted to a “ransom,” an RNC spokesman called upon “for the Obama White House to drop the charade and admit it paid a ransom to the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism,” according to Fox News.

The Wall Street Journal first reported on August 3 that the payment was made to Iran in the dark of night, unbeknownst to the American people, in an unmarked airliner in foreign hard currency.

Other lies generated by the Obama regime include:

“If you’ve got a doctor that you like, you will be able to keep your doctor.”
“ISIS is a ‘JV team’”
The Obama regime claimed it was not negotiating with Iran prior to the 2012 presidential election
Obama said he could not enact “amnesty” or changes to immigration law without Congress; on November 20, 2014, he declared a number of “executive actions” to “change the law” and allow millions of illegal aliens protecting from deportation in addition to those granted relief from his DACA program.
There was not “a smidgeon of corruption” within the IRS after it targeted tax-exempt applicants with political views contrary to that of the Obama regime; media reports say the targeting is ongoing.
