Brian Taniguchi for the reapportioned District 11 seat on Oahu, says he served summons Monday (Oct. 8) that accuse state employees of “aiding and abetting President Obama in fraudulently obtaining ballot access through false and altered documentation.”

Papers were served for Alvin T. Onaka and Loretta Fuddy at the Hawaii DOH, Lt. Gov. Brian Schatz, the Attorney General’s Office and for Lynne Matusow at Democrat Party Headquarters.

My comment: It’s about time someone in HI stands up to the corruption in the Hawaii Health Department and their covering up for the fraud Obama!
