A new day in America! A “natural born Citizen” is once again President and Commander in Chief of the United States – Donald J. Trump.
See this List of U.S. Presidents – and Their Constitutional Eligibility status under the U.S. Constitution’s Article II, Section 1 “Grandfather Clause (GFC)” or the “Natural Born Citizen (NBC) Clause”, … or were they sworn in and seated unconstitutionally due to identity fraud, election fraud, and/or political chicanery. Under the Article II “Grandfather Clause (GFC)” the person only had to be a basic Citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of the U.S. Constitution. Subsequent to those persons who were the original Citizens and were eligible under the Grandfather Clause (GFC) at the time of adoption of the U.S. Constitution passing away, a person had to be a “natural born Citizen” of the United States to be constitutionally eligible, i.e., the person must have been born in the new USA to parents who were the original Citizens, born Citizens, or naturalized Citizens of the United States. A “natural born Citizen” of the USA is a person born with sole allegiance to the USA. “natural born Citizens” are the children born in the USA of two U.S. Citizen parents — 2nd generation Citizens of the USA via both parents. This is what John Jay and George Washington intended and directed when they had the natural born Citizen clause put into the Constitution for future generations as to who could be President and CinC. Importantly to note is that under the NBC clause it does not matter if the parents were foreign born but more importantly what matters is that they both must be U.S. Citizens (either born or naturalized) when their child is born in the USA. If foreign born, they must have renounced any foreign allegiance and have become U.S. Citizens prior to the birth of their child in the USA. Otherwise, their child would have been born with one or more recognized foreign allegiances and dual or more Citizenship status under U.S. law and treaties, inherited from the parents.
Being born with sole allegiance to the USA and unity of Citizenship was not the case for Chester Arthur and Barack Obama. Both Chester Arthur and Barack Obama were born with dual-allegiance and dual-citizenship and were unconstitutionally seated due to identity fraud and political chicanery and their lying about their respective nativity stories and hiding and destroying their personal early life records. Circa 2009 it was discovered by researchers that despite the fact the Chester Arthur’s father ultimately became a U.S. Citizen, he did not naturalize until after his son Chester Arthur was born. Thus Chester Arthur was born a British Subject via his father. In Obama’s case his father was never a U.S. Citizen, never intended or wanted to be one, never even an immigrant to the USA, nor was he even a permanent resident. Obama’s father was a foreign national temporarily sojourning in the USA to attend college. Obama’s father was a British Subject when Obama was born and thus at birth Obama was also a British Subject passed to him via his father and governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948. Obama thus was a dual-citizen with dual-allegiances at birth and was not a “natural born Citizen” of the United States with sole allegiance to the USA at birth and was constitutionally not eligible to be President and Commander in Chief of our Military.
