Atty Mario Apuzzo of Jamesburg NJ has filed documents to the Commonwealth Court of PA to join the Kerchner/Laudenslager v Obama PA Ballot Access Challenge Team as Co-Counsel along with Atty Karen L. Kiefer of Scottdale PA.

With all due respect I find your suggested narrative plausible, however I do have a suggestion for you.
When Barry’s mother remarried and she and Barry moved and Barry was adopted, the birth certificate for Barry would have shown the adoptive father as his birth father and his original birth certificate would have been sealed with a new birth certificate.
Adult children that were adopted cannot get a copy of their original birth certificate, it is sealed.
So, wouldn’t Barry’s birth certificate show his adopted father and his real mother on it as though they were the birth parents?
Also, in the country where they were when the adoption took place, the mother and Barry would have to become Muslim by law.

CDR Kerchner’s Comment: I believe I mentioned that. That is likely why he will not show a copy of what Hawaii has. What they are providing to him, if not totally a forgery and made up by them too, is a document which does not show the Barack Obama name on his birth record but likely shows the Barry Soetoro name on it, or some such adopted name. Having a new birth record with his adopted name on it does NOT preclude the probably fact that the original birth registration record was created by false testimony in a sworn affidavit that he was born at home with no witnesses when in fact Obama II was born outside the USA.
