My comment and question: Who really is the one who had real, deep, and long-term connections to Russian oligarchs and the old communist Soviet Union KGB people, i.e., like Putin? Have the far-left DSA politicians who control the Democratic Party, and who controlled Congress at various times along with their deep state operatives in Washington DC and the major main-stream media, been engaging in “accusation projection” to protect themselves and their subversive leader, who is now operating behind the Biden curtain, Barack Obama?
The normal path to becoming a naturalized U.S. Citizen takes five years. Nikki Haley was born in 1972 . Her father and mother emigrated from India to Canada and then to the USA in 1969. Thus there was not sufficient time for either of Nikki’s parents to become naturalized U.S. Citizens when Nikki was born in 1972. It is not known at this time to this writer if Nikki’s father and mother ever became naturalized U.S. Citizens. Nikki Haley is not being very transparent on this issue. Even if one or both of her parents did naturalize later after Nikki Haley was born, it would not change Nikki’s birth status. Given Nikki Haley’s year of birth in 1972, and her parents immigration year of 1969 to the USA, she was thus born in the USA to two foreign nationals and thus inherited their respective birth nation’s citizenship when she was born, in addition to being a basic Citizen by being born in the USA to aliens legally domiciled here. Thus Nikki Haley was born with citizenship and required national allegiance at birth to two countries. This is hardly what the founders and framers intended when they selected the “natural born Citizen” requirement for the person who would in the future be permitted to be the President and Commander in Chief of our military, once the founding generation was gone.
As per ‘Principles of Natural Law‘ in place at the time of the founding of our country and when the founding documents including the U.S. Constitution were written, a ‘natural born Citizen’ is one born in the country to parents who are both Citizens (born Citizens or naturalized Citizens) of that country when their child is born in the country. We have 100’s of millions of natural born Citizens, people born in the USA to parents who were both Citizens (born or naturalized) of the USA when their child was born, from whom to choose our President and Commander in Chief of our military. Nikki Haley is not one of them. Let us choose someone else who is constitutionally eligible and not abrogate the presidential eligibility clause once again.

(Dec. 21, 2022) — I follow the writings of this former far leftist radical antifa type (when he was in college) and for awhile thereafter and then he woke up as a middle-aged person to what the far left really stands for: the destruction of American culture and our constitutional republic. Now David is a highly informed and knowledgeable vocal critic of the far left agenda of the currently-in-power, completely subverted Democratic Party, many of whom, especially the leadership, are also members of the Democratic Socialists of America or are outright Communists and Marxists…Bernie Sanders, for example, and several others.
In college classes today people (such as my own grandchildren) are forced to read and take said “diversity classes” which in my opinion brainwash our youth to believe how bad America is, how bad white people are, and that socialism/Marxism and social economic justice rule is a better form of government. David Horowitz was one of them and now tells it like it is, who the far left really are, since he knows them well.

What if recently-discovered “hard” evidence – in the form of a letter from John Jay to David Brearley, Chairman of the “Committee on Postponed Matters” at the Constitutional Convention in 1787 – was produced? And what if that letter confirmed the intent of the Founders to rely on § 212 of Emmerich de Vattel’s treatise The Law of Nations for its definition of an nbC, requiring birth in the nation to parents who were already U.S. Citizens?
