Montgomery Blair Sibley Suggests Citizens Nationwide Petition Their Local County Grand Jury to Investigate Obama’s Forged Identity Docs

From Montgomery Blair Sibley: “Greetings: I reach out to you towards the end of having [requesting] you petition your county grand jury to investigate the legitimacy of the identity documents of Barack Hussein Obama. I have without success [thus far – but we all should try with our own local grand jury]. Let me explain:

I, and numerous others, over the last six years have repeatedly sought to have a judicial determination concerning the legitimacy of those identity documents. Repeatedly, every single court which has been petitioned has refused to allow such a determination instead ruling that a citizen does not have standing to challenge such documents, even if they are forgeries. Likewise, repeated petitioning to Members of Congress has resulted in no response. Finally, though expressly allowed by federal statute, Eric Holder & Company have blocked every attempt I and Doug Vogt made to have a federal grand jury investigate those identity documents.

As such, I have resolved to abandon further federal/state judicial and legislative petitioning in favor of the last course available: The county grand jury. Before I detail my request for you to petition your local county grand jury, a little background. In 1895, Supreme Court Justice Brewer in Frisbie v. My comments as to Mr. Sibley’s idea: In considering doing what Sibley suggests, also remember this point. Every county sheriff in the USA has now received a copy of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s investigation results and evidence via a Sheriff Kit DVD mass mailing to them in Dec 2014: https://cdrkerchner.wordpress.com/2015/01/31/announcement-thousands-of-sheriff-kits-mailed-to-every-county-sheriff-in-usa/ . You could mention that too when you visit your local county courthouse. Also, if you intend to visit your county courthouse and your local county district attorney and/or sheriff to discuss presenting to your local county grand jury, get yourself some more copies of the evidence DVD to take along in case no one wishes to “remember it”.

And as to jurisdiction, a legal nexus has been established between Obama’s use of the forged birth certificate image for financial gain to every county in the USA. His picture and a copy of the forged document image appear on the same cup. He is using them to raise money. Criminal document fraud has been committed on behalf of Obama for financial gain. Crimes have been committed in your county. These crimes need to be investigated and prosecuted. Since representations of the forged birth certificate where used in every state and in every county in the country by Obama and his campaign to fund-raise, a legal nexus has been established between Obama and his campaign and every state, which allows each state Attorney General to investigate and prosecute, or county grand jury to investigate and indict. On the DVD are the tools to obtain a copy of forged PDF file directly off the WhiteHouse.gov site themselves and instructions to have their own computer forensic experts take a look and study the evidence of forgery in the PDF file birth certificate document themselves.
