Types of Citizens of the United States discussed as to WHEN and HOW obtained Logic Domains | by CDR Kerchner (Ret)
When addressing the types of Citizens of the United States and sets and subset theory we need to be clear as to what we are talking about and not mix and match things in the When and How logic domains. There are two parameters that should be kept very clear in any discussions of Citizenship issues … WHEN and HOW which are two different logic domains to be considered in all discussions of U.S. Citizenship:
1. WHEN was the Citizenship obtained … at birth or at some time after birth
2. HOW was the Citizenship obtained … by man made laws and/or constitutional amendments or by nature and natural law
Let us look at the legal term of art “natural born Citizen” as to the When and How domains as to how and when the person became a Citizen of the United States.
natural (HOW obtained) | born (WHEN obtained) | Citizen of the United States
They became a Citizen of the United States by a natural process and the laws of nature and natural law, not man-made laws whether statutory or constitutional amendments AND they became such a Citizen of the United States at the instant time of their birth. Look up in the dictionary the meaning of the word used as the adjective preceding “born Citizen”, i.e., natural. That say it all that man-made laws or constitutional amendment CANNOT make a natural born Citizen. For man to try and make a natural born Citizen by statutory law or constitutional law would be a violation of the God given laws of nature and the Law of Nations. Man can properly describe what a natural born Citizen indisputably and undoubtedly is in man-made laws and court rulings such as the Minor v Happersett (1875) Supreme Court case decision, but man’s laws cannot make “natural born Citizens” of any country without bastardizing and corrupting language (which the progressive movement wordsmiths try to do all the time) and the laws of nature. Only nature and natural law can make “natural born Citizens” of a country. This Supreme Court precedence setting decision in 1875 was re-affirmed in the Perkins v Elge (1939) Supreme Court case decision. No U.S. Supreme Court decision has ever overturned these decisions.
Obama and his army of online internet Obot TROLLS, and talking heads on TV and major media if they ever remotely touch on the subject which they try to avoid doing, try to mix and match those two parameters or domains in their logic discussions in such a way to confuse people. Don’t let them.
