My comment: Words are important. So listen very carefully to what CNN in their report cited in the above article is saying and NOT saying. That a birth registration record exists in Hawaii does not mean that the child was physically born in Hawaii. Hawaiian law allows a child to be registered as born in Hawaii even if not physically born in the state. Also falsified birth registration in Hawaii were easy to do in 1961. Birth registration fraud is a serious issue in the USA as people are quite willing to lie to get their child U.S. Citizenship. The birth announcements in the newspapers provide no independent evidence since they were triggered by a registration of a birth in Hawaii, which may or may not have physically occurred in Hawaii. Listen to this short YouTube audio explanation on the Bill Cunningham show of what really likely happened (falsified registration of a Hawaiian birth to gain a solid claim to basic U.S. Citizenship for the child) and who likely did it. Garbage (falsified data) into a database system yields garbage out … misleading newspaper announcement insertions by the Hawaiian Health Department back then and the future generation of misleading statements by employees of the Hawaii Health Department years and decades later who are unwittingly by some and/or knowingly by others covering up what they now know was a falsified birth registration back in August 1961.
No one depicted in the CNN video can say for certain Obama was born in Hawaii based on the records in their possession. Contemporaneous records from third party independent information sources needs to be provided such as the hospital admittance and birthing medical records from the alleged hospital itself showing that Stanley Ann (nee Dunham) Obama was a patient in the hospital on the alleged date of birth, pre-natal medical exam records, and post-natal medical exam records. But none have been forthcoming. There is no record of her being a patient in that hospital or any hospital in Hawaii in August 1961. The main focus of this blog is Obama's lack of being a U.S. Constitution Article II Section 1 "natural born Citizen" to constitutional standards, his other eligibility issues, his criminal activities before and after he entered office, and historical discussions of the merits or the Kerchner et al vs. Obama & Congress et al lawsuit filed in the federal courts in Jan 2009. The case proceeded through the federal court system with the courts hiding behind technicalities such as "standing" and without the merits being addressed at any step along the way until it reached the U.S. Supreme Court in Sep 2010. The U.S. Supreme Court turned it away in Nov 2010 without comment and without addressing any of the questions in the petition or the merits of the charges in the case. As U.S. Supreme Court Justice Thomas said once in testimony before a congressional committee, the justices are ducking this issue.
This blog does not advocate resorting to violence in order to bring about political change. Rather, we advocate for the defense of the U.S. Constitution via use of one's First Amendment rights, i.e., "freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances", to confront our out of control government and elected officials.
