Barack Obama is NOT a “natural born Citizen of the United States” and is thus constitutionally ineligible to be the President and Commander in Chief of our military. Obama was born to a FOREIGN NATIONAL FATHER who was NEVER a U.S. Citizen nor was Obama’s father even an immigrant to the USA or even a permanent resident in the USA.  For no other U.S. President in the history of the nation since the founding generation (who were exempt from the natural born Citizen clause in the U.S.  Constitution via a grandfather clause in Article II Section 1) was that the case, i.e., having a foreign national father who was never a U.S. Citizen or even an immigrant to this country. Obama being seated as the putative president is an outrageous violation of Article II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, the presidential eligibility clause.  Obama was not born with sole allegiance to the USA. Sole allegiance and unity of Citizenship at birth was the goal and purpose for putting the natural born Citizen clause into Article II Section 1 of the Constitution as to who could serve as president once the founding generation has passed away.  Obama (II) was born a British Subject via his foreign national father Obama (Sr.) who was a British Subject.   Obama is not a “natural born Citizen of the United States” to constitutional standards since he was born with dual allegiance and citizenship.  The founders and framers did not want anyone with foreign allegiance to ever get command of our military, i.e., be the president. Obama is constitutionally not eligible to be president and commander in chief of our military.

Adjectives mean something.  A “Citizen at Birth” is not logically identically equal to a “natural born Citizen at Birth”. Obama Ballot Challenge Filed in PA – A Nomination Petition Objection Was Filed in Commonwealth Court of PA Against Obama at 10:24 AM 17 Feb 2012

It was a long and busy, but very productive day. I just returned from Harrisburg PA, our state capital, where today we filed in the Commonwealth Court of PA and with the Secretary of State office the ballot access challenge/objection to Obama being on the ballot in PA since Obama is NOT a “natural born Citizen of the United States” and is thus constitutionally not eligible for the office he seeks.  Below is a very brief initial report of what transpired today with a couple pictures.

A ‘NATURAL BORN CITIZEN’ IS SOMEONE BORN IN THE COUNTRY FROM PARENTS THAT ARE BOTH U.S. CITIZENS (BORN OR NATURALIZED).   THE FOUNDERS REASONED THAT UNITY OF CITIZENSHIP AND SOLE ALLEGIANCE AT BIRTH TO ONE NATION AND ONLY ONE NATION WAS A PREREQUISITE TO THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT AND COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF.  THIS REQUIREMENT WAS ENTERED INTO THE US CONSTITUTION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY REASONS AS A “STRONG CHECK AGAINST FOREIGN INFLUENCE” AND ALLEGIANCE CLAIMS VIA BIRTH STATUS ON THE PERSON WHO WOULD BE THE COMMANDER OF OUR ARMIES AND THE PRESIDENT, ACCORDING TO JOHN JAY’S LETTER TO GEORGE WASHINGTON.  JOHN JAY BECAME THE FIRST CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE US SUPREME COURT UNDER THE NEW CONSTITUTION.

Barack Obama is NOT a “natural born Citizen of the United States” and is thus constitutionally ineligible to be the President and Commander in Chief of our military. Obama was born to a FOREIGN NATIONAL FATHER who was NEVER a U.S. Citizen nor was Obama’s father even an immigrant to the USA or even a permanent resident in the USA.  For no other U.S. President in the history of the nation since the founding generation (who were exempt from the natural born Citizen clause in the U.S.  Constitution via a grandfather clause in Article II Section 1) was that the case, i.e., having a foreign national father who was never a U.S. Citizen or even an immigrant to this country. Obama being seated as the putative president is an outrageous violation of Article II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, the presidential eligibility clause.  Obama was not born with sole allegiance to the USA. Sole allegiance and unity of Citizenship at birth was the goal and purpose for putting the natural born Citizen clause into Article II Section 1 of the Constitution as to who could serve as president once the founding generation has passed away.  Obama (II) was born a British Subject via his foreign national father Obama (Sr.) who was a British Subject.   Obama is not a “natural born Citizen of the United States” to constitutional standards since he was born with dual allegiance and citizenship.  The founders and framers did not want anyone with foreign allegiance to ever get command of our military, i.e., be the president. Obama is constitutionally not eligible to be president and commander in chief of our military.

Adjectives mean something.  A “Citizen at Birth” is not logically identically equal to a “natural born Citizen at Birth”. For the past several months CDR Charles Kerchner (Ret) has been researching and planning for a ballot access challenge/objection to be filed against candidate Barack Hussein Obama II in Pennsylvania on the fact that Obama is NOT a “natural born Citizen of the United States” since his father Obama Sr. was a FOREIGN NATIONAL.

Natural born Citizen was defined in the renowned legal treatise of the founding era and which was used by the founders and framers to create our new nation and the founding documents, “The Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law“.  Obama Sr. was never a U.S. Citizen, and was not even an immigrant to the USA.  Obama is the first person sworn in (illegally and unconstitutionally) as the President and Commander in Chief of our military since the founding generation (who were exempt from the natural born Citizen requirement via a grandfather clause in the Constitution) whose father was a foreign national, was never an immigrant to this country, and was never a Citizen of this country.  This is outrageous. He slipped through the cracks of the 2008 primary nomination process last time due to an enabling media not vetting him properly and which is covering up for him,  a cowardly Congress, and a Republican Party National Committee establishment in Washington DC that wants to run their own ineligible candidates and is thus complicit in abrogation of Article II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.  Since the national institutions refuse to act to protect the U.S. Constitution, the several states who created the Constitution must act this time to protect it.  Obama will be challenged every step of this way this time by We the People taking action through our states.  Candidate Obama is not constitutionally eligible to be the President and must not be allowed to be placed on the ballot in PA to defraud the PA electorate once again.
