Conspicuously, the PBS documentary makes no mention of Obama’s travel outside the United States at this time. “That’s a pretty significant event for a 20 year old kid,” says Karen Welch, spokesperson for the Community Television Initiative, “One would think it worthy of inclusion in a world-wide broadcast about the biography of the President.”

At the 33 minute mark of the 1 hour 55 minute documentary, PBS begins a segment about Obama’s arrival in mainland America after his graduation from Hawaii’s highest ranked prep school, Punahou Academy, in 1979. The segment begins with interview cuts with Obama’s former Occidental College roommates, Eric Moore, Louis Hook, Caroline Grauman, Sohale Siddiqi and author David Maraniss describing Obama’s time at the Los Angeles college. “I didn’t consider him American,” admits Sohale Siddiqi, “He seemed like an international individual.” … “

THE RULES: The main focus of this blog is Obama's lack of being a U.S. Constitution Article II Section 1 "natural born Citizen" to constitutional standards, his other eligibility issues, his criminal activities before and after he entered office, and historical discussions of the merits or the Kerchner et al vs. Obama & Congress et al lawsuit filed in the federal courts in Jan 2009. The case proceeded through the federal court system with the courts hiding behind technicalities such as "standing" and without the merits being addressed at any step along the way until it reached the U.S. Supreme Court in Sep 2010. The U.S. Supreme Court turned it away in Nov 2010 without comment and without addressing any of the questions in the petition or the merits of the charges in the case. As U.S. Supreme Court Justice Thomas said once in testimony before a congressional committee, the justices are ducking this issue. This blog does not advocate resorting to violence in order to bring about political change. Rather, we advocate for the defense of the U.S. Constitution via use of one's First Amendment rights, i.e., "freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances", to confront our out of control government and elected officials. This blog is a focused and moderated blog. This is not a wide open site to say anything you want; about any thing, any person, or any subject you want; anytime you want; like one standing on a soap box in a public square. If you want that type of free-for-all forum you will have to go elsewhere. Keep your comments and questions in this blog's threads serious and focused on the subject and merits of the posts. Unsubstantiated statements which are known or determined to be false and misleading, or potentially misleading to others (the jury of public opinion reading this blog) as to the true facts, repetitive, argumentative, personal ad-hominem attacks, defamatory statements, criticism or lobbying efforts for other attorneys and/or their cases, blog scrolling, advertising links, inappropriate links, disinformation campaigns, and/or off topic comments will likely not be posted.
